This quality governance follow-up review assesses the Health Board’s progress in implementing our 2022 audit recommendations.
Overall, we found that the Health Board is making progress implementing our 2022 quality governance recommendations but needs to fully embed the changes. The Health Board is taking reasonable steps to implement arrangements to deliver implementing the duties of quality and candour but needs to improve training compliance and monitoring.
